Sidera Landscape Lighting Low Voltage Lighting Transformers, Fixtures, and Accessories Letter of Warranty
The Sidera Landscape Lighting transformer, in a stainless steel enclosure, carries a lifetime warranty. This is offered to the original consumer/purchaser, and herein states that these units will be free from defect in materials and workmanship for as long as the consumer owns it. Sidera Landscape Lighting will replace any stainless steel transformer that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and operation, free of charge.
The Sidera Landscape Lighting transformer in a powder-coated steel enclosure carries a five year warranty. The above listed offer and conditions apply for the duration of this warranty period as well.
Any damages to a transformer as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any use which is in violation of instruction furnished by Sidera Landscape Lighting will void the warranty.
Accessories, such as timers, photo-controls, circuit breakers, surge suppressors, and contractors are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Bulbs are warranted for a period of three years on the LED Par36, & LED G4 Bi-pin and five years on the LED MR16, 11, & 8.
All of our fixtures, with the exception of the following, carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
- Richmond Fixture: 5 Year Limited Warranty.
- Washington Fixtures: 5 Year Limited Warranty.
- Steel Bollards with Powder Coated Finish: 5 Year Limited Warranty.
This warranty is limited to defective parts or material only. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, as well as incidental or consequential damage connected therewith, are excluded. This warranty is the only express warranty made by Sidera Landscape Lighting. Any implied warranty of merchant responsibility or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the stated duration of this express warranty.
